If your Apple Watch issue is battery-related, see the Battery Service section.
We'll inspect your product to determine the final service fee.
Accidental damage/screen damage
Accidental damage isn't covered by Apple’s Limited Warranty. Apple’s warranty is in addition to your existing consumer law rights.
If you have AppleCare+, it gives you expert technical support and hardware coverage from Apple, including accidental damage protection. Each incident of accidental damage is subject to a service fee.
If you don’t have AppleCare+, you’ll pay an out-of-warranty fee, as shown in the service pricing, above.
Battery service - Canada
If your battery has a manufacturing issue that's covered by the Apple Limited Warranty, AppleCare+, or consumer law, we'll service your Apple Watch at no additional cost. Our warranty doesn’t cover batteries that wear down from normal use. We offer out-of-warranty battery service for a fee.
If your Apple Watch battery holds less than 80 percent of its original battery capacity and it’s covered by AppleCare+, you will get Apple Watch battery service for no additional charge. We might need to test your product to find the cause of your battery issue.
For all Apple Watch repair services, we will ship your Apple Watch to Apple's repair depot for repair. We will provide a quote for service prior to shipping your Apple Watch.
