Accidental damage isn't covered by Apple’s Limited Warranty. Apple’s warranty is in addition to your existing consumer law rights.
If your HomePod gets damaged, you have the option to replace your HomePod for a fee. If you have AppleCare+, it includes coverage for up to two incidents of accidental damage. Each incident has a service fee of $49+HST.
If you don’t have AppleCare+, you’ll pay an out-of-warranty fee, as shown.
There is the possibility that we may need to mail your device in to Apple's repair depot for service depending on diagnostics results. Repair turnaround time may take up to 10 days.
