We use genuine Apple parts and precision equipment to ensure that your battery works like new after it's repaired.
We recommend having your iPhone battery replaced if your maximum capacity is below 80% or if performance management has been applied. This information can be found in Settings -> Battery -> Battery Health
If your iPhone has any damage that impairs the replacement of the battery, such as a cracked screen, that issue will need to be resolved prior to the battery replacement.
We'll test your iPhone to see if it has a battery issue or a different power issue. If your iPhone has a non-battery power issue, we'll give you the repair price after we determine the cause.
For iPhone 5s and newer, we are proud to offer in-store battery replacement services. Repair turnaround time may take 3-5 business days. For same-day repair turnaround please contact us directly before making a reservation.
There is the possibility that we may need to mail your device in to Apple's repair depot for service depending on diagnostics results. Repair turnaround time may take up to 10 days. While your device is out for service, we may issue a loaner phone to use while your device is out for repair. (Loaner phones available for repairs of iPhone 6s and newer. Loaner availability may vary)
