Software installation and/or changes that are not required in a covered repair procedure.
Out-of-Warranty Service (Hourly Fee)
Support out-of-warranty repairs or clean a device impacted by excessive dust or foreign materials.
Support, Training, and Consultation (Hourly Fee)
Training for software and hardware products or new software features for iOS or macOS updates.
Apple ID / Account Support (Hourly Fee)
Setup or troubleshoot Apple ID issues across multiple devices or help setup Apple ID specific functions such as Family Sharing.
